I think the longest books I've read are 1.) War and Peace 2.) Gone With the Wind 3.) The Brothers Karamazov 4.) Nicholas Nicholby 5.) The Count of Monte Cristo 6.)Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I plan for Middlemarch to be the next book I read. I will probably start it sometime this month. I'm looking forward to it and to what you think of it.
Middlemarch starts slow while the characters are developed, and it takes quite a while...but suddenly it gets very compelling. I don't know how satisfying the ending will be yet, but it's hard to put down now at least. I should finish this weekend.
