Halfway Done!

I recently crossed the half-way mark and thought I’d give a brief recap of the first 50 novels.

 Average rating: 3.6 out of 5 Stars

I’ve only given 5 Stars to 6 novels: The Grapes of Wrath, Lord of the Flies, The Lord of the Rings, To Kill a Mockingbird, Gone With the Wind, and David Copperfield. It would be hard to say which is my absolute favorite, and I’m not going to try until I complete My Quest. At that time I’ll rank the entire list from top to bottom.

I’ve only given 1 1/2 Stars to 2 novels. Most of the ratings fell near the middle, which should be expected if I’m rating fairly, so I feel good about that.  It’s been a lot of fun so far, and I’m looking forward to the second half.
