I am a big fan of Margaret Hale. I did read O Pioneers! but I confess to not remembering the heroine. I am about to reread My Antonia and hope to visit Willa Cather's home in Red Cloud in March.

Those Greek Gods were not nice guys...
That'll be fun. I lived in Omaha some years ago, but hadn't discovered Cather yet...so no reason go to Red Cloud :)
